MARK J. MOONEY, Jr.

Mark’s secret weapon is his ability to pair big ideas with a positive, “make it happen” attitude that energizes businesses. A true leader, Mark blazes new trails while lighting the way for others to follow him. He has grown CoCreate Studios from concept to creation. Mark’s skill in bringing together a team of professional and creative individuals to meet the needs of clients has set CoCreate Studios apart from other multimedia organizations. When Mark gets involved in a project, results are close behind.

Prior to CoCreate Studios, Mark founded NeoNiche Strategies, a strategic and outreach marketing firm, serving as its CEO from its launch in 2008 to 2016. He grew NeoNiche to a team of 40+ employees and contractors generating over $1 million in annual revenue. In 2001, Mark founded Mountain Atlantic, a business consultancy dedicated to helping business owners start, grow, and protect their businesses – and prepare for what’s next.

In 2014, Mark directed and produced 'The Green Mountain Upset.' This hour long film tells the true story of a high school boy's basketball team from Vermont and their astonishing once in a lifetime season. To watch the film, click here.

Mark is a longtime resident of Arlington, VA. He is a founding board member of the Friends of Theodore Roosevelt Island.

 

HELEN SAKS

Helen is a Brit living the American dream!  With an extensive background in media and communications beginning at the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) and taking her on a journey from London to France to DC she has experience in television, magazine and event production.

Helen was a producer on the award-winning program “This Morning” for ITV in London, which included content creation, script writing and leading a team of researchers and assistant producers.  While editor for Airbus Group, she led a team of journalists and photographers to ensure the successful production of their internal magazine to an audience of 150,000 team members. 

As a newcomer to the area she is excited about all that DC has to offer and has an overflowing book of recommendations waiting to be explored.

Craig White 

Craig has always had a passion for visual story-telling, and it began at a very young age. Craig studied Visual and Media Arts at Emerson College in Boston, MA. Following Emerson, Craig fulfilled his dream of telling stories in Hollywood. He had the chance to work as a visual effects and post production assistant on major films such as The Matrix Reloaded / The Matrix RevolutionsLive from Baghdad, and The Son of the Mask.

Craig took his Hollywood experiences back to the east coast, and found his calling telling individual stories (weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs) shooting live events and editing corporate promotional videos. Craig has remained dedicated to his craft, and has enjoyed 12 years of working in the DC metro area's video and post production arena.

 

REBECCA DUNN

Rebecca shines brightest when leading service-driven organizations through challenging circumstances, achieving competitive advantage and increasing the bottom line. She directs business operations, providing day-to-day direction, client support, and financial oversight. 

As a seasoned corporate executive, Rebecca brought sound structural practices to NeoNiche Strategies, from 2010 until its sale in 2016, while serving as Chief Operating Officer.  She enjoyed a 20-year career, serving in executive management capacities in the hospitality and property management industries, at well-known brands including Hilton, Starwood, InterContinental Hotels Group and Archstone.

Rebecca is an avid outdoorswoman who has rafted the Grand Canyon and has numerous marathons to her credit.  She also plays an active role in the Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!) in partnership with the Arlington Chamber of Commerce.
